A postdoctoral fellowship position in cancer immunology and immunotherapy is available at the Center for Advanced Innate Cell Therapy within the Texas Children's Cancer Center. The project aims to develop and test novel CAR-redirected immunotherapy for pediatric solid tumors. In particular, a CRISPR/Cas9-based mutagenesis screen will be applied to discover and therapeutically target novel regulators of the immune effector cell antitumor activity. We offer outstanding state-of-the-art, recently expanded laboratory facilities and a highly interactive environment for basic, translational, and clinical investigators. Candidates must have a recent PhD degree and an expertise in molecular biology and tumor immunology with a documented record of productivity.
