Atomic Pair Distribution studies on quantum materials

Physics Department at Central Michigan University is looking for an enthusiastic post-doctoral associate to work on the methodological development of atomic pair distribution function analysis based on high-energy synchrotron radiation experiments. The technique will be applied on topical quantum materials. Job requirements: demonstrated experience in Rietveld and/or atomic pair distribution function analysis and strong computer programming skills. This is a grant-funded position and is dependent on the status of the funding. The extension of the position after the initial appointment is contingent upon satisfactory performance and continued grant funding.
